個(gè)人簡介
鄭倩望,女,博士,先后畢業(yè)于中山大學(xué)生物科學(xué)專業(yè)、新加坡國立大學(xué)(NationalUniversityofSingapore)食品科學(xué)專業(yè)。2016年以首聘副教授方式引進(jìn)到華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品學(xué)院。主要從事食品生物污染與控制、生物防腐保鮮技術(shù),以及生物活性物質(zhì)研究及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。近五年來在FoodMicrobiology,InternationalJournalofFoodMicrobiology,FoodControl等雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文12篇,多次參加知名國際會(huì)議(IAFPAnnualMeeting,IFTAnnualMeeting&FoodExpo,IUToST等)并發(fā)表演講。
